How to Keep Yourself from Overeating

The best practice is to drink lots of water at least half an hour prior to your meal time. Drinking water before the meal will also aid your digestive system. Hence even if you have eaten beyond your hunger, you will not realize it until after this period of time. The idea is to eat frequently but in smaller quantities.
